Our Policies
Telehealth Therapy
All services are provided via secure telehealth. Clients must be physically located in Florida during each session in accordance with state licensing laws.
Appointments
Sessions are 50 minutes and scheduled in advance. Clients are expected to attend sessions on time.
Cancellation Policy
Services are provided on a private-pay basis. Payment is due at the time of service and is processed securely through the client portal.
Individual therapy sessions (50 minutes): $140 per session
Insurance
I am currently an out-of-network provider.
This means I do not bill insurance directly. However, many insurance plans offer out-of-network mental health benefits, which may reimburse you for a portion of the session fee.
If you choose to use out-of-network benefits:
- I will provide you with a monthly superbill
- You may submit this to your insurance company for possible reimbursement
- Reimbursement rates vary by plan
To check your benefits, you can call your insurance provider and ask:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible?
- What percentage is reimbursed after my deductible?
- Is there a limit on the number of sessions per year?

Choosing private pay therapy offers:
- Greater privacy (no diagnosis required for insurance reporting)
- More flexibility in treatment approach
- No limitations on session frequency
- No insurance-driven treatment restrictions
Your therapy remains between you and your therapist — not your insurance company.
Communication
Email is used for administrative purposes only and is not a secure method for clinical communication.

This practice is not a crisis service.
